Vacuum Tray Dryer is a double walled unit mounted on a strong iron frame of whose inner and outer frame is made up of heavy M.S. Sheet.
The outer frame is perfectly hammer tone painted whereas the inner chamber is painted with high temperature Aluminum Paint.
The gap between the two walls in duly filled with optimum quality glass wool or ceramic blanket that eliminates thermal loss.
